摘　　要：阐述了在新法规下发用品“修护”功效宣称的释义和解读,简述了头发受损后的化学组成、物理结构、表面性能和机械性能的变化,列举了从宏观和微观两个维度进行功效评价的不同评价方法,针对不同产品作用于头发修护的部位和效果进行了讨论。结合已有的研究成果,建议选择多种评价手段进行发用品修护功效评价。The concept and interpretation of the"repair"efficacy claim under the new cosmetic regulations were given.The changes in the chemical composition,physical structure,surface behavior and mechanical properties of hair after being damaged were explained.A few evaluation methods from micro-and macro-dimensions were listed.The repair efficacy of different hair products were discussed.Based on the existing research results,it is suggested that more than one kind of test method should been applied for repair efficacy evaluation.
