摘 要:探究无水杨酸配方皂基化妆品中不明水杨酸成因机理,为皂基化妆品的质量控制提供重要依据。基于高效液相色谱和气相色谱质谱联用等检测技术,通过对皂基化妆品及相关原料中水杨酸含量的测试、稳定性测试以及对原料的成分筛查和模拟碱性水解等手段,逐步剖析产品缓释水杨酸的成因,并从原料和成品2个不同维度对水解产生水杨酸的安全风险进行初步探讨。香精原料中含有的水杨酸酯类衍生物在碱性条件下水解是皂基化妆品产生水杨酸的重要原因。水解产生的水杨酸含量符合现有法规要求(成人产品),不存在显著性风险。The formation mechanism of unknown salicylic acid in salicylic acid-free soap-based cosmetics was explored to provide an important basis for the quality control of soap-based cosmetics.Based on the detection technologies such as high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the causes of sustained-release salicylic acid in the product were analyzed by means of testing the content and stability of salicylic acid in soap-based cosmetics and related raw materials,screening the composition of raw materials,and simulating alkaline hydrolysis.The safety risk of salicylic acid produced by hydrolysis was discussed in the aspects of raw materials and finished products.The hydrolysis of salicylic acid esters in flavor materials under alkaline conditions is an important reason for the presence of salicylic acid in soap-based cosmetics.The content of salicylic acid produced by hydrolysis meets the requirements of existing regulations(adult products),and there is no significant risk.
