摘  要:以掺杂柚子皮的壳聚糖膜为吸附剂对模拟染料废水吸附性能进行研究,以吸附孔雀石绿为例,分别考察了吸附时间、柚子皮与壳聚糖的质量配比、孔雀石绿初始浓度及吸附膜厚度对吸附效果的影响,并研究了掺杂柚子皮壳聚糖膜对孔雀石绿的等温吸附模型和吸附动力学.结果表明:掺杂柚子皮的壳聚糖膜对染料有较强的吸附能力,在25℃下,pH为7,吸附时间120 min,孔雀石绿浓度为9.10 g·L^(-1),壳聚糖和柚子皮粉末质量比为3∶2,柚子皮壳聚糖膜溶液质量(膜厚度)为7.11 g的条件下吸附率达95.7%.柚子皮壳聚糖膜对孔雀石绿的吸附符合二级动力学模型及Freundlich等温吸附模型.在相同条件下,对亚甲基蓝、中性红、结晶紫及混合染料的吸附率分别为95.1%,96.5%,94.9%及94.6%.With the development of society,water pollution has become particularly prominent.Pollutants usually exist in domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.Collecting the traditional method for wastewater treatment has drawbacks such as high cost and serious secondary pollution.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a kind of efficient and fast treatment techniques for removing such contaminants.In addition,adsorption method is characterized by low power consumption and simple operation,and considered as one of the most economical and effective technologies.Chitosan,as an excellent natural adsorbent,is widely used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.However,some disadvantages are shown up in practical application,such as easy swelling,poor acid resistance,poor mechanical properties,etc.,so it is necessary to be modify.In recent years,there have been international reports on the preparation of biological adsorbents using fruit peels(banana peels,orange peels,orange peels,etc.)as raw materials to treat dye wastewater.In order to improve the performance of chitosan film and increase the utilization of green biological waste,the grapefruit peel doped chitosan film was used as adsorption material.This kind of membrane adsorbent not only has the adsorption performance of the traditional adsorbent,but also is easy to separate from water.It is a new functional adsorbent with great prospect.Chitosan membrane doped with grapefruit peel in different thickness were selected to study the effect of different time periods on adsorption rate in this experience.In addition,the property of adsorption film with both larger specific surface area and adsorption capacity which could more clearly describe the absorption mechanism.The adsorption membrane of chitosan with grapefruit peel,as adsorbent,was used in disposing simulated dye wastewater.Taking malachite green for example,the effects of adsorption equilibrium time,the ratio of chitosan to grapefruit peel,malachite green concentration as well as the thickness of the membran
