摘  要:以α-Al_(2)O_(3)、ρ-Al_(2)O_(3)和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉3种不同晶型的氧化铝为铝源,与蓝晶石混合,加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,在不同热处理温度下(1300、1400、1500和1600℃)制备了莫来石试样,并研究了不同晶型氧化铝与蓝晶石制备莫来石材料的性能。结果表明:以α-Al_(2)O_(3)为铝源的试样在1600℃烧后的固相反应最完全,其主要物相为莫来石和氧化锆。并且当铝源为α-Al_(2)O_(3)时,制备出的试样具有较高的体积密度、较低的显气孔率和较高的耐压强度。Mullite samples were prepared using various crystalline alumina micropowders(α-Al_(2)O_(3),ρ-Al_(2)O_(3) andγ-Al_(2)O_(3))as the aluminum source,mixing with kyanite,adding polyvinyl alcohol,pressing,and heat treating at different temperatures(1300,1400,1500 and 1600℃).Their properties were studied.The results show that the solid phase reaction of the sample withα-Al_(2)O_(3) as the aluminum source is the most complete after sintering at 1600℃,and the main phases are mullite and zirconia.When the aluminum source isα-Al_(2)O_(3),the obtained samples have higher bulk density,lower apparent porosity and higher compressive strength.
