摘 要:在结构疲劳试验中,特别是在金属结构疲劳试验中,工程上为了在较短的时间内有效验证结构疲劳寿命,编制加速载荷谱是广泛采用的方法,目前该方法尚未应用于弹性轴承耐久性试验中。为验证加速载荷谱用于弹性轴承弹性体耐久性试验的可行性,采用幅值扩大法对弹性轴承进行加速载荷谱编制,建立了弹性轴承寿命仿真计算模型,通过加速载荷谱和1:1载荷谱进行对比验算。结果表明采用幅值扩大法编制的加速谱与原载荷谱作用下的弹性轴承计算寿命及损伤形式相当。In the structural fatigue test especially in metal structure fatigue test,in order to effectively verify the fatigue life of the structure in a short time,the method of compiling accelerated load spectrum is widely used in engineering.At present,the method has not been applied to the durability test of elastomeric bearings.In order to verify the feasibility accelerated load spectrum in the durability test of elastomeric bearing elastomer,the accelerated load spectrum was compiled by the amplitude enlargement method,and the life simulation model of elastomeric bearing was established.The accelerated load spectrum was compared with the 1:1 load spectrum.The results showed that the calculated life and the damage form of elastomeric bearing under the action of the 1:1 load spectrum were equivalent to that the acceleration spectrum prepared by the amplitude enlargement method.
