摘 要:液氢在新能源、工业生产等领域有重要的用途。结合液氢生产中正仲氢转化的特点,提出了一种可实现多种转化方式的正仲氢催化转化性能低温测试装置设计。通过液氮预冷和G-M制冷机实现正仲氢转化温度可控、通过设置正仲氢预反应实现入口原料仲氢组分可控,并采用更换可拆卸转化器和热沉方式实现多种正仲氢转化方式。实现不同工况下(等温绝热、连续型正仲氢转化、温度及待测仲氢含量可调)正仲氢催化转化性能测试,为正仲氢催化转化催化剂性能测试和正仲氢转化器的设计提供实验数据。Liquid hydrogen has important applications in new energy, industrial production and other fields. Combined with the characteristics of ortho-parahydrogen conversion in liquid hydrogen production, design method of test device for catalytic conversion performance of ortho-parahydrogen that can realize multiple conversion modes was proposed. The temperature of ortho-parahydrogen conversion could be controlled by liquid nitrogen pre-cooling and GM refrigerator, and the composition of parahydrogen in the inlet raw material could be controlled by setting the ortho-parahydrogen pre-reaction. A variety of ortho-parahydrogen conversion methods were realized by replacing the removable converter and heat sink.The performance tests of ortho-parahydrogen catalytic conversion under different working conditions(isothermal adiabatic continuous ortho-parahydrogen conversion, adjustable temperature and tested parahydrogen content) were realized, which provided experimental data for the performance test of ortho-parahydrogen catalytic conversion catalyst and the design of ortho-parahydrogen converter.
