摘 要:为研究无量山乌骨鸡发育过程中体重和胫长之间的关系,以无量山乌骨鸡母鸡为研究对象,将出壳当日记为第0周(0 W),测定0 W、6 W、12 W、18 W和24 W共5个阶段的体重和胫长,并对其进行相关性分析。结果表明,体重在不同阶段持续增加且各阶段之间差异显著(P<0.05);胫长在0 W、6 W、12 W和18 W各阶段之间差异显著(P<0.05),18 W和24 W之间差异不显著(P>0.05);对不同阶段的体重和胫长的相关性分析表明,12 W体重和胫长之间存在显著相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,无量山乌骨鸡母鸡体重和胫长在12 W存在显著相关,该研究结果可为无量山乌骨鸡的选种选育及种质特性等研究提供参考。In order to study the relationship between body weight and shank length during development of Wuliangshan Sooty chickens,the body weight and shank length of wuliangshan Sooty chickens were measured at 0 W,6 W,12 W,18 W and 24 W,and their correlation was analyzed.The results showed that body weight increased continuously at different stages and there was significant difference among different stages(P<0.05);shank length was significantly different at 0 W,6 W,12 W and 18 W(P<0.05),but not at 18 W and 24 W(P>0.05).Correlation analysis of body weight and shank length at different stages showed that there was a significant correlation between body weight and shank length at 12 W(P<0.05).In conclusion,there is a significant correlation between the body weight and shank length at 12 W of Wuliangshan Sooty chickens.The results of this study can provide a reference for the research on breed selection,breeding and germplasm characteristics of Wuliangshan Sooty chickens.
