摘 要:为了防止腐蚀介质通过等离子体电解氧化(PEO)膜上的微孔或微裂纹等微观缺陷向基底渗透,采用由四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)和3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MAPTS)形成的硅氧烷聚合物溶胶对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金表面的PEO膜进行封孔,得到PEO-硅氧烷复合膜层。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)分析了硅氧烷膜的化学结构,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了PEO膜和PEO-硅氧烷复合膜层的微观形貌,通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和动电位极化曲线测量对比了PEO膜和PEO-硅氧烷复合膜层在酸性腐蚀介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,采用硅氧烷聚合物溶胶处理能够在PEO膜上形成连续的硅氧烷膜,所得的PEO-硅氧烷复合膜层在酸性腐蚀介质中的耐腐蚀性能远优于PEO膜层。In order to prevent the corrosive media penetrating to substrate through the microscopic defects(such as micropores and microcracks)of a plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)film,a siloxane polymer sol synthesized from tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)and 3-(methacryloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(MAPTS)was used to seal the PEO film on Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy substrate,forming a PEO-siloxane composite film.The chemical structure of the siloxane layer was analyzed by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The micromorphologies of PEO film and PEO-siloxane composite film were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and their corrosion behaviors in corrosive acid solution was compared by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and potentiodynamic polarization measurement.The results showed that a complete silane layer could be formed on the PEO film by treating with siloxane polymer sol.The corrosion resistance of the PEO-siloxane composite film was much better than that of PEO film.
