摘　　要：为了明确表征和比对国产和进口钛合金紧固件铝涂层的物理、冶金及电化学性能,结合美国及欧盟的铝涂层产品规范与实际应用的经验,选取附着力试验、耐腐蚀试验、耐脱漆剂试验、干涉压入试验、脆化试验等方法对国产及进口涂铝液喷涂后的Ti-6Al-4V钛合金紧固件进行测试。结果表明:在常温及加热后,国产及进口涂铝液涂层与基体金属结合良好,附着力均为0级;水浸14 d后,国产及进口涂层与飞机底漆之间的结合力只降低了不到2个等级;耐脱漆剂试验后,国产涂层的铅笔硬度降低了1个等级,而进口涂层未降低;336 h酸性盐雾腐蚀试验后的目视检查结果与金相检测结果相反,国产涂层试验件看上去腐蚀产物更少,但其试验板埋头孔的腐蚀更深,表明其电化学腐蚀程度比进口涂层试验件更甚。国内相关标准中的耐腐蚀结果评价方法单一,需结合更为准确的金相法进行判定。The adhesion test,anticorrosion test,paint stripper resistance test,interference press test,and embrittlement test were carried out for the Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy fasteners with domestic and imported aluminum coatings based on the US’s and EU’s aluminum coating specifications and practical application experience to investigate the characteristics and difference of domestic and imported aluminum coatings on titanium alloy fasteners in physical,metallurgical,and electrochemical properties.The results showed that both domestic and imported aluminum coatings had good adhesion to the substrate at room temperature and maintained a 0-grade adhesion after heating.The adhesion between the domestic or imported coating and the aircraft primer was reduced by less than 2 grades after 14 days of immersion in water.After the paint stripper resistance test,the pencil hardness of the domestic coating was reduced by one grade,but that of the imported coating was not lowered.The metallographic observation result is contrary to the visual inspection after a 336-hour acid salt spray corrosion test.Although the corrosion products on the fastener with a domestic aluminum coating was less than that with an imported aluminum coating,the corrosion of the aluminum alloy countersunk areas in contact with the domestic aluminum coating was deeper,indicating that the electrochemical corrosion of the domestic aluminum-coated product was more seriously than that of the imported aluminum-coated product.Accordingly,the method for evaluation of the corrosion resistance test results in related domestic standards is inaccurate.Metallographic method should be used as the decision-making method for evaluating the anticorrosion property.
