摘  要:研究了9种消泡剂对水性环氧树脂涂层附着力、铅笔硬度及耐介质性能的影响。结果表明:消泡剂对涂层附着力和硬度无影响;当消泡剂添加量均为0.2%时,非硅类Foamex 830对涂层的耐水性、耐酸性及耐中性盐雾性能有一定的提高;Foamex 830添加量为0.6%时,涂层的耐介质性能最好。The effects of nine different types of defoamers on the adhesion,pencil hardness,and medium resistance of waterborne epoxy resin coating were studied.The results showed that the defoamers had no effect on the adhesion and hardness of the coating.When the dosage of defoamer is 0.2%,the resistance of the coating prepared with non-silicon Foamex 830 to water,acid,and neutral salt spray were improved.The coating prepared with 0.6%of Foamex 830 had the best resistance to various media.
