摘　　要：以建立适应中国博物馆体制的博物馆策展人制度为出发点,借鉴美国社会学家W·理查德·斯科特提出并得到广泛认可的制度“三大基础要素”理论,围绕制度“规制性”“规范性”和“文化—认知性”要素,结合国内博物馆策展实践,探讨设立中国博物馆策展人工作机制的有效路径,为中国博物馆策展人制度建立和运行提供理论支撑和机制保障。With the purpose of establishing a museum curator system suitable for the Chinese museum system,the paper draws on the widely recognized theory of "three basic elements" of systems proposed by the American sociologist W.Richard Scott,and discusses the effective path of establishing the working mechanism of Chinese museum curators by focusing on the "regulative","normative" and "cultural-cognitive" elements,as well as combining the practices Chinese museum curators,so as to provide theoretical support and mechanism guarantee for the establishment and operation of Chinese museum curator system.
