摘 要:提出了一种基于闭环频率锁定技术提高氮空位(NV)磁力计稳定性的方法,该方法利用频率调制、解调技术追踪金刚石NV色心光学探测磁共振(ODMR)峰实现磁检测,通过闭环频率锁定技术提高NV磁力计的稳定性。分析了基于频率调制技术的灵敏度,实现了228nT/Hz^(1/2)到18nT/Hz^(1/2)的提升。通过闭环频率锁定技术实现了稳定状态下输出电压幅值波动由40m V到3m V的线宽压缩,同时通过改变激光器功率验证了该技术的抗干扰特性。通过理论分析和实验测试验证了该方法的可行性。该方法为提高NV磁力计灵敏度和稳定性提供了一种新的手段,同时也对NV磁力计从实验室到实际应用有重要意义。A(NV)method of improving the stability of nitrogen-vacancy was magnetometer based on demagthe the closed-loop frequency locking technologies used proposed.The frequency modulation and detected modulation technologies were to track the diamond NV color center optically the(ODMR)detection,netic resonance magnetometer peak and realize the magnetic and stability of The NV was improved by the closed-loop frequency locking technology.the sensitivity improvement analyzed,was based on the frequency modulation technology and sensitivity of 228nT/Hz^(1/2) to 18nT/Hz^(1/2) was achieved.The line-width compression of the output voltageam-40 from 3 plitude fluctuation m Vto m Vunder the stable state was realized by the closed-loop frewere through technology,quency locking meanwhile the anti-interference characteristics of the technology was verified by changing the power of the laser.The feasibility of the method new verified for theoretical analysis and experimental test.The method provides a great means improving the magne-magnetometer,NV sensitivity and stability of the to and is of significance for the NV tometer from laboratory practical application.
