摘  要:目的 探究瞬时受体电位通道香草醛亚型-1(TRPV1)在小儿支气管哮喘中的表达以及与B7-H3和miR-29c相关性分析。方法 选取2019年4月—2020年4月收治的小儿支气管哮喘患儿172例作为研究对象,另选取同时段接受常规检查的健康儿童172例为健康志愿者。监测儿童肺功能水平变化,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IgE、IFN-γ、EOS水平。分析TRPV1与B7-H3、miR-29c在小儿支气管哮喘中表达及相关性。结果 与健康志愿者相比,支气管哮喘儿童肺功能水平明显较低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);与健康志愿者相比,支气管哮喘患儿TRPV1、B7-H3、miR-29c水平较高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);与健康志愿者相比,支气管哮喘儿童血清IgE、EOS水平较高,INF-γ水平较低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);与急性期患儿相比,缓解期患儿TRPV1、B7-H3、miR-29c表达均较低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。TRPV1、B7-H3呈正相关(r=0.254,P=0.001);TRPV1、miR-29c呈正相关(r=0.286,P=0.001);B7-H3、miR-29c呈正相关(r=0.214,P=0.004)。结论 TRPV1、B7-H3、miR-29c水平对小儿支气管哮喘患者的诊断及预后具有重要意义,且TRPV1与B7-H3、miR-29c在小儿支气管哮喘中具有一定相关性。Objective Probing TRPV1expression and correlation analysis with B7-H3and miR-29cin pediatric bronchial asthma.Methods 172pediatric children with bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from April2019to April 2020were selected as study subjects,while 172healthy children who underwent routine examination in our hospital at the same time period were selected as healthy volunteers.Children’s lung function level changes were monitored,and IgE,IFN-γ,EOS levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.TRPV1expression and correlation with B7-H3and miR-29cwere analyzed in pediatric bronchial asthma.Results Children with bronchial asthma had significantly lower levels of lung function with statistical significance(P<0.05)compared to healthy volunteers,children with bronchial asthma had higher levels of TRPV1,B7-H3,and miR-29cwith statistical significance(P<0.05),and children with bronchial asthma had higher levels of serum IgE and EOS and lower levels of IFN-γcompared to healthy volunteer(P<0.05).Children in remission had lower expression of TRPV1,B7-H3,and miR-29ccompared with children in acute phase(P<0.05).TRPV1and B7-H3were positively correlated(r=0.254,P=0.001),TRPV1and miR-29cwere positively correlated(r=0.286,P=0.001),and B7-H3and miR-29cwere positively correlated(r=0.214,P=0.004).Conclusion Levels of TRPV1,B7-H3,and miR-29care important for the diagnosis and prognosis of pediatric asthma patients,and there is some correlation between TRPV1and B7-H3and miR-29cin pediatric asthma.
