摘　　要：“时光机”项目(Europe Time Machine)是欧盟未来十年重点发展的六个旗舰研究项目之一。本文对欧盟“时光机”项目发展概况进行介绍,分析该项目主要信息技术在档案资源数字化与识别、档案资源数据挖掘与关联、档案资源利用与呈现方面的应用,并提出该项目对我国档案工作的启示,即信息技术催生档案工作新的增长点、呼唤档案工作跨界合作、驱动档案工作理论和实践更新和要求档案工作人员能力升级。The Europe time machine project is one of the six flagship research projects of the EU in the next decade. This paper introduces the development of the EU time machine project,analyzes main information technologies applied in the project in the digitization and identification of archival resources, data mining and association of archival resources, utilization, and presentation of archival resources. It also puts forward the enlightenment of the project to China’s archival work, that is, information technology gives birth to new growth points of archival work, calls for crossborder cooperation in archival work, drives the renewal of archival work theory and practice, and requires the upgrading of archivists’ ability.
