摘　　要：随着互联网时代的到来,个人信用档案数据留痕的领域和范围日益拓展。开展个人信用档案数据治理是健全社会信用体系、推进社会治理能力现代化的重要手段。文章运用5W1H分析法,对个人信用档案数据治理动因、对象、主体、场景、时间等问题进行了分析,并从前端的数据资源建设、中端的数据监管和后端的数据利用三个方面提出了实现个人信用档案数据善治的策略。With the advent of the Internet era, the field and scope of personal credit archives data traces are expanding day by day. Carrying out personal credit archives data management is an important means to improve the social credit system and promote the modernization of social governance ability. Based on the 5W1H analysis method, this paper analyzes the governance motivation,object, subject, scene, time of personal credit archives data and puts forward the path to realize the good governance of personal credit archives data from three aspects as data resource construction in the front, data supervision in the middle and data utilization at the end.
