档案数据集成情景下的应用场景研究——以公路建设项目档案管理系统为例

摘　　要：在档案数据集成背景下对数字档案应用场景进行研究,是对档案信息化建设实践的进一步探索。档案数据集成应用场景具有智能化、智慧化、一体化、共享性等特征,集成化档案数据具有多样性、动态性、有序性,且在信息资源共享、档案可视化展示、档案数据多维溯源以及档案知识库建设等方面具有不可比拟的优越性。文章对现有档案数据集成应用场景进行分析,发现数据集成不仅体现在数据方面,还体现在数据管理过程中,并延伸到人员、管理制度、业务过程、平台与技术、安全集成等多个方面。在此基础上,文章具体从实践和表现形式视角分析档案数据社会治理场景、档案知识库、可视化场景、多维溯源场景、数据智能化推送场景等。未来在5G、人工智能、物联网等信息技术推动下,档案数据集成应用场景会不断地构建和延展。The research on the application scenarios of digital archives under the background of archives data integration is a further exploration of the practice of archives informatization construction. The application scenarios of archival data integration have the characteristics of intelligence, intelligence, integration and sharing. The integrated archival data is diverse, dynamic,and orderly. The construction of archives knowledge base has incomparable advantages. Through the analysis of the existing archive data integration application scenarios, this paper finds that data integration is not only reflected in data, but also extends to personnel, management systems, business processes, platforms and technologies, security integration and many other aspects in the process of data management. On this basis, from the perspective of practice and expression, it analyzes the social governance scenarios of archive data, archives knowledge base, visualization scenarios,multi-dimensional traceability scenarios, and data intelligent push scenarios. In the future, driven by information technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, archive data integration application scenarios will continue to be constructed and extended.
