摘 要:笔者对18只10周龄母黑羽番鸭的血液生化指标以及其屠宰性能相关关系进行了研究,得出丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)与全净膛率以及胸肉率呈显著负相关关系,与肝率呈显著正相关关系,与腺肌胃率呈极显著正相关关系;碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与半净膛率、全净膛率以及胸肉率呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),与腺肌胃率呈极显著正相关关系;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与屠宰率呈显著正相关关系,与全净膛率呈极显著正相关关系,与腺肌胃率呈显著负相关关系;白蛋白(ALB)与活体重呈极显著正相关关系,与屠宰率呈显著正相关关系;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与屠宰率呈极显著正相关关系,与胸肉率呈显著正相关关系,与腺肌胃率呈显著负相关关系;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与胸肉率呈显著正相关关系,与腺肌胃率呈显著负相关关系。所以,可以通过对ALT、ALP、SOD、ALB、HDL-C、LDL-C进行标记,从而选育产肉率高的黑羽番鸭。Through the study on the correlation between blood biochemical indexes and slaughtering performance of 18 10-week-old female black muscovy ducks, it was found that ALT was significantly negatively correlated with eviscerated rate and breast meat rate, significantly positively correlated with liver rate, and positively correlated with adenomuscular stomach rate, while ALP was significantly negatively correlated with semi-eviscerated rate, eviscerated rate and breast meat rate, and positively correlated with adenomyostomy rate. There was a significant positive correlation between SOD and slaughtering rate, extremely significant positive correlation with eviscerated rate, significant negative correlation with adenomuscular stomach rate, extremely significant positive correlation between ALB and live weight, significant positive correlation between HDL-C and slaughtering rate, significant positive correlation between HDL-C and breast meat percentage, and significant negative correlation with adenomyostomach rate. There was a significant positive correlation between LDL-C and breast meat percentage, and a significant negative correlation between ALT, ALP, SOD, ALB, HDL-C and LDLC. Therefore, the black feather Muscovy duck with high meat production rate could be selected by marking ALT, ALP, SOD, ALB,HDL-C and LDL-C.
