摘　　要：中国在教育领域一直深化改革蓬勃发展。随着时代的进步及现代化进程的推进,对各个行业高层次人才需求的不断增长,曾经容易被忽略的冷门专业如今成为社会就业前景明朗的热门。笔者结合中国高等教育兽医理学与动物毒理学的教学现状,从教学内容、教学方式、科研成果及对现代化畜牧业的影响入手进行分析,以期为教学改革提供理论参考。China has been deepening reforms and developing vigorously in the field of education. With the progress of the times and the process of modernization, the demand for high-level talents in various industries has continued to grow. The unpopular majors that were once easily overlooked have now become a boom with bright social employment prospects! This paper discusses the teaching of veterinary medicine and animal toxicology in combination with higher education in China, and provides theoretical reference for teaching reform from the perspective of teaching content, teaching methods, scientific research achievements and the impact on modern animal husbandry.
