摘 要:现有的大口径给水用抗冲改性PVC-M管,在水利灌溉时经常会出现因水流冲击导致的损坏现象。为延长其使用寿命,减少工程成本,研究大口径给水用抗冲改性PVC-M管在农田水利灌溉中的应用方法。建立大口径给水用PVC-M管道水力方程,依据差值矩形网格与阀门孔口流动趋势得到水流对管壁的冲击力;计算农田水利灌溉流量,获取水利灌溉过程中大口径给水管在一段时间内的受力结果;设计大口径给水管网布设方法,得到大口径给水管在农田水利灌溉中的应用路线,同时实验还计算了不同弯头角度以及管壁直径下的局部阻力系数。通过实验结果可知,大口径与直角弯可以延长给水管的使用寿命,减少施工成本。The existing impact resistant modified PVC-M pipe for large-diameter water supply often appears damage caused by water flow impact during water conservancy irrigation.In order to increase its service life and reduce engineering cost,the application method of impact resistant modified PVC-M pipe for large-diameter water supply in farmland water conservancy irrigation is studied.The hydraulic equation of PVC-M pipeline for large diameter water supply is established,and the impact force of water flow on the pipe wall is obtained according to the difference rectangular grid and the flow trend of valve orifice;calculate the irrigation flow of farmland water conservancy,and obtain the stress results of large-diameter water supply pipe in a period of time in the process of water conservancy irrigation;the layout method of large-diameter water supply pipe network is designed,and the application route of large-diameter water supply pipe in farmland irrigation is obtained.The local resistance coefficients under different elbow angles and pipe wall diameters are calculated.The experimental results show that large-diameter and right angle bends can prolong the service life of water supply pipes and reduce the construction cost.
