摘  要:根据东江水源工程隧洞加固工程实际情况,隧道加固实施中灌浆部位空腔较大、灌浆中容易漏浆,水泥浆流动性强、在空腔中漏失前不能固结,因此需要通过配比试验选取适宜的灌浆材料及配合比。通过选取多组配比试验,结果表明水泥浆不含砂情况下,强度较低,无法满足要求,应选取水灰比较低的水泥砂浆作为灌浆材料。According to the actual situation of the tunnel reinforcement project of Dongjiang water source project,during the implementation of tunnel reinforcement,the grouting part has a large cavity,it is easy to leak slurry during grouting,the cement slurry has strong fluidity and cannot be consolidated before leakage in the cavity.Therefore,it is necessary to select appropriate grouting materials and mix proportion through proportion test.The results show that the strength of cement mortar without sand is low and can not meet the requirements.The cement mortar with low water cement ratio should be selected as the grouting material.
