摘　　要：文章介绍智能建筑管理系统(IBMS)建设的必要性及构建过程,通过整合、分析子系统信息,实现智能建筑管理系统集成,简化管理程序,分析我国IBMS建设中存在的问题并提出相应对策。IBMS可以提高管理效率,减少人员的浪费,实现资源节约,优化投资,为管理部门决策提供支持。The paper introduces the necessity and construction process of the intelligent building management system(IBMS).By integrating and analyzing subsystem information,the integration of intelligent building management system is realized,management procedures are simplified,and the problems existing in construction of IBMS in China are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.IBMS can improve management efficiency,reduce waste of personnel,realize resource saving,optimize investment,and provide support for management decision-making.
