不同精粗比例的日粮对育肥羔羊生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

摘　　要：试验研究在相同日粮营养水平下,不同精粗比例全混合日粮对断奶杂交绵羊羔羊育肥效果的影响。选择30只健康、体重相近,90日龄的断奶杂交羔羊,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊,分别饲喂精粗比例为60∶40(试验Ⅰ组)、70∶30(试验Ⅱ组)、80∶20(试验Ⅲ组)的日粮。试验期60 d。结果显示:试验Ⅲ组羔羊的平均日增重分别比试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组极显著提高30.52%、14.86%(P<0.01)。试验Ⅲ组羔羊的肉骨比、眼肌面积和屠宰率均高于试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组;试验Ⅲ组羔羊的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重分别比试验Ⅰ组显著提高10.07%、22.12%、21.40%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组羔羊的平均利润为224.47元/只,分别比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组显著提高47.86%和26.75%(P<0.05)。研究表明,精粗比例不同会影响羔羊育肥增重和经济效益,适量增加精饲料比例能够提高育肥效果,试验Ⅲ组羔羊的育肥效果优于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,建议饲喂精粗比为80∶20的日粮。The experiment was to study the effect of different ratios of concentrate to forage on fattening effect of weaned crossbred lambs under the same dietary nutrition level.30 healthy 90-day-old weaned crossbred lambs with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups,with 10 replicates in each group and one lamb in each replicate.Lambs were fed with the concentrate to forage ratio of 60∶40(test groupⅠ),70∶30(test groupⅡ)and 80∶20(test groupⅢ),respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of lambs in test groupⅢwas 30.52%and 14.86%extremely higher than that of test groupⅠand test groupⅡ(P<0.01),respectively.The ratio of meat to bone,eye muscle area and slaughter rate of lambs in test groupⅢwere higher than those in test groupⅠand test groupⅡ,the live weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of lambs in test groupⅢwere significantly increased by10.07%,22.12%and 21.40%compared with those in test groupⅠ(P<0.05),respectively.The average profit was224.47 yuan per lamb,which was 47.86%and 26.75%significantly higher than that of test groupⅠand test groupⅡ,respectively.The experiment indicates that different ratio of concentrate to forage will affect the weight gain and economic benefit of lambs fattening.Increasing the ratio of concentrate to forage can improve fattening effect.The fattening effect of lambs in test groupⅢwas better than that in test groupⅠand test groupⅡ,and the recommended ratio of concentrate to rougher was 80∶20.
