摘 要:试验研究日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌发酵牡丹籽粕对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及血清抗体水平的影响。选取26 w龄体重及生产性能相近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡384只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复24只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂常规型日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡分别饲喂添加6%牡丹籽粕、6%发酵牡丹籽粕和12%发酵牡丹籽粕的基础日粮。试验期8 w。结果显示:各组蛋鸡的死淘率和破蛋率差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡的平均日采食量和产蛋率显著低于其他3组(P<0.05);试验组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著提高1.14%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组鸡蛋的蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和哈夫单位分别提升3.39%、4.06%、2.86%、2.77%;试验Ⅲ组鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05)。亚型禽流感H_(5)、H_(7)、H_(9)及新城疫ND抗体水平均比试验初期得到一定程度提升,且试验Ⅱ组增长幅度最大。研究表明,日粮中添加6%发酵牡丹籽粕能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质。The experiment was to study the effect of Bacillus subtilis fermented peony seed meal on production performance,egg quality and serum antibody level of laying hens.A total of 384 healthy Hyline brown laying hens at 26 w of age with similar body weight and performance were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates in each group and 24 hens in each replicate.The hens in control group were fed with conventional diets,and the hens in experimental groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere fed with 6%peony seed meal,6%fermented peony seed meal and12%fermented peony seed meal,respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 w.The results showed that there were no significant differences in mortality rate and broken egg rate among all groups(P>0.05).The average daily feed intake and laying rate of laying hens in experimental groupⅢwere significantly lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).The feed to egg ratio of laying hens in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with experimental groupⅠ,laying rate in experimental groupsⅡwas significantly increased by 1.14%(P<0.05),the eggshell color,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness and Haelloy unit of eggs in experimental groupⅡwere increased by 03.39%,4.06%,2.86%,2.77%,respectively.Eggshell thickness and eggshell strength of experimental groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05).The antibody levels of subtype avian influenza H_(5),H_(7),H_(9) and Newcastle disease were increased to a certain extent compared with the initial stage of the experiment,and the increase was the largest in experimental groupⅡ.The experiment indicates that adding 6%fermented peony seed meal to diet can improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens.
