摘  要:试验旨在研究饵料中添加不同水平的藤茶总黄酮对杂交鲟(施氏鲟♂×西伯利亚鲟♀)幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标、肠道消化酶活性、肌肉组分含量、血清免疫指标、肠道形态和肠道菌群的影响。配制基础饵料及3种藤茶总黄酮水平分别为0.25%、0.50%、1.00%的试验饵料。挑选180尾初重(32.73±1.33)g的杂交鲟幼鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾。试验期60 d。结果显示:与基础饵料组相比,0.25%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性和白蛋白水平均显著升高(P<0.05),0.50%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼血清的谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),白蛋白水平显著升高(P<0.05),1.00%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼血清的甘油三酯含量和谷丙转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);0.25%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼的肠道蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),0.50%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼的肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),1.00%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼的蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05);0.50%和1.00%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼的皱襞高度显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组杂交鲟幼鱼血清的过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力均显著升高(P<0.05);0.25%和0.50%藤茶总黄酮组杂交鲟幼鱼血清的碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饵料中添加藤茶总黄酮可改善杂交鲟幼鱼的肠道消化酶活性、肠道皱襞高度和血清免疫水平,建议藤茶总黄酮的添加比例为0.50%。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary levels of Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,intestinal digestive enzyme activities,muscle composition content,serum immune indices,intestinal morphology and intestinal microflora of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii♂×Siberian sturgeon A.baeri♀).The basal diet and the experimental diets containing 0.25%,0.50%and1.00%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids were prepared.180 juvenile hybrid sturgeons with an initial body weight of(32.73±1.33)g were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and 15 fish in each replicate.The test period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with basal diet group,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and albumin in 0.25%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of serum aspartate aminotransferase was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and albumin level was significantly increased(P<0.05)in 0.50%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids group,respectively.The levels of triglyceride and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in1.00%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with basal diet group,the intestinal protease and amylase activities in0.25%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activities of intestinal protease,amylase and lipase in 0.50%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of protease and amylase in 1.00%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with basal diet group,the fold height in 0.50%and 1.00%Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the catalase activity,glutathione peroxidase activity,superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity of experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),alkaline
