摘　　要：试验旨在测定我国南方地区的苎麻叶、甘蔗叶、香蕉叶、木薯叶和桑叶样品的总能、营养物质和纤维含量。结果显示:以干物质计,桑叶和木薯叶的粗蛋白质含量均高于20%,可用作蛋白质饲料原料。苎麻叶和桑叶的钙含量均在2.0%以上,可用作钙补充饲料。甘蔗叶和香蕉叶中粗蛋白质含量较低,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量偏高,需经过加工调制后,才适宜用作粗饲料原料。研究表明,桑叶、木薯叶可用作蛋白质饲料原料;苎麻叶、桑叶具备作为补充Ca的饲料利用价值;甘蔗叶、香蕉叶需经过加工调制可以用作粗饲料原料。The experiment was to determine the content of gross energy,nutrients and detergent fibers for leaf samples of ramie,sugarcane,banana,cassava and mulberry collected from southern China.The results showed that the content of crude protein in cassava and mulberry leaves was greater than 20%dry matter(DM),thus potentially qualifying them as protein supplement feeds.The calcium content of ramie and mulberry leaves was greater than 2.0%DM,thus potentially qualifying them as calcium supplement feeds.The leaves of sugarcane and banana were relatively low in crude protein but high in detergent fibers,thus requiring chemical treatments prior to their uses as roughages.The experiment indicates that mulberry and cassava leaves can be used as protein feed materials,ramie leaves and mulberry leaves have the utilization value as supplementary Ca,sugarcane leaves and banana leaves need to be processed and prepared as raw materials for roughage.
