摘 要:试验分析杂交木豆新品系201516不同生育期的营养动态,探讨杂交木豆不同生育期的营养成分含量及相关性。结果显示:木豆201516的主要营养成分中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、碳水化合物及钙、磷等含量丰富,随着生长发育时期不同呈现一定规律性的变化。木豆分枝期的营养价值最高,粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量分别为23.61%和5.32%,但鲜草产量最低。孕蕾期粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量分别为17.96%和5.65%,鲜草产量较高,是制作青贮饲料最佳时期。对木豆营养成分与生育期相关性分析显示,除粗脂肪、无氮浸出物、钙和水分与生育期相关性不显著外,粗蛋白质、粗纤维、粗灰分、磷等均呈现显著至极显著正相关或负相关性;各营养成分之间存在一定正相关或负相关性。研究表明,木豆分枝期的营养价值最高,鲜草产量较高,是制作青贮饲料最好的时期。通过营养动态分析选择最佳利用期。The nutritional dynamics of Cajanus cajan L Cv No 201516 at different growth stages were analyzed,and the nutrient content and correlation of the hybrid pigeonpea at different growth stages were discussed.The results showed that the main nutritional components of Cajanus cajan L Cv(No 201516)were rich in crude protein,crude fat,carbohydrate,calcium and phosphorus,which varied with different growth stages and showed certain regularity.The nutritional value of Cajanus cajan at branching stage was the highest,the crude protein and crude fat contents were 23.61%and 5.32%,but the fresh grass yield was the lowest.After entering the budding stage,the nutrient content was also high,the crude protein and crude fat contents were 17.96%and 5.65%,the fresh grass yields was higher,which was the best period for silage.The correlation analysis of nutrient composition of Cajanus cajan L Cv with each growth stage showed that except for crude fat and nitrogen free extract and calcium and water,crude protein and crude fiber and crude ash and phosphorus were significantly positive or negative correlation,there were positive or negative correlations among nutrients.The experiment indicates that the branching stage of Cajanus cajan L Cv(No 201516)has the highest nutritional value and the highest yield of fresh grass,which is the best time to make silage.The optimum utilization period is selected by nutrient dynamic analysis.
