摘　　要：电力营销工作直接关系电力企业的经营效益,是电网运营最重要的环节之一;且由于面向用电客户众多,其中也存在许多的管理风险。本着优化营商环境的总要求,电网企业需要朝着现代企业服务体系迈进,需要更为科学的客户服务模式,营销稽查工作在其中发挥了非常关键的作用。营销稽查工作的目的是加强电力营销的内部风险管控,堵塞经营漏洞,提高经营管理水平和经济效益。因此,营销稽查工作是提高电力企业自身经营管理水平的利器。但营销稽查业务的数据量大而广泛,涉及业扩、抄核收、电能计量、用电检查、客服、线损六大专业领域的业务与数据。如何在海量数据中快速定位问题所在、解决企业管理难题是稽查专业面临最迫切的问题。因此,探索更有效的稽查模式是完善稽查业务、提升稽查效率及效果的传统的有效途径。随着数据时代的来临,稽查方式也随着数字化工具的应用进行了跨越性的变革。Power marketing is directly related to the operating efficiency of power enterprises,and it is one of the most important links of power grid operation;And there are many management risks due to the large number of power customers.In line with the general requirements of optimizing the business environment,power grid enterprises need to move towards a modern enterprise service system and a more scientific customer service model,in which marketing inspection plays a very key role.The purpose of marketing inspection is to strengthen the internal risk control of power marketing,plug the operation loopholes,and improve the operation and management level and economic benefits.Therefore,marketing inspection is a sharp tool to improve the operation and management level of power enterprises.However,the data volume of marketing audit business is large and extensive,involving business and data in six professional fields:business expansion,copying and receiving,power metering,power consumption inspection,customer service and line loss.How to quickly locate the problem in massive data and solve the problem of enterprise management is the most urgent problem faced by the audit specialty.Therefore,exploring a more effective audit mode is a traditional and effective way to improve the audit business and improve the audit efficiency and effect.With the advent of the data age,the inspection mode has also undergone great changes with the application of digital tools.
