安装误差对正交斜齿面齿轮副接触印痕的影响规律研究

摘  要:文章建立了考虑安装误差的正交斜齿面齿轮副的齿面接触模型,以一对正交斜齿面齿轮副为例,研究了面齿轮的轴向安装误差和偏置误差对面齿轮副接触印痕的影响规律。结果表明:当面齿轮的轴向安装误差大于零时,面齿轮副接触迹线均会向面齿轮外端移动,面齿轮齿顶边缘接触区域缩短,而小齿轮齿顶边缘接触区域则会相应增加;当面齿轮轴偏置误差大于零时,面齿轮副接触迹线会向面齿轮内端移动,这使得面齿轮齿顶边缘接触区域增加,小齿轮齿顶边缘接触区域缩短。In this paper, the tooth surface contact model and solution algorithm of orthogonal helical face gear pair considering installation error are established. Taking a pair of orthogonal helical face gear pair as an example,the influence of axial installation error and offset error of face gear on the contact mark of face gear pair are studied. The results show that when the axial installation error of face gear is greater than zero, the contact trace of face gear pair will move to the outer end of the face gear, the contact area of the top edge of the face gear tooth will be shortened, and the contact area of the top edge of the pinion tooth will increase accordingly;when the offset error of face gear shaft is greater than zero, the contact trace of face gear pair will move to the inner end of the face gear, which increases the contact area of the top edge of the face gear and shortens the contact area of the top edge of the pinion.
