摘　　要：为解决铁矿石破碎加工过程产生的含粉尘气体浓度超标问题,引入一种新型褶式滤筒脉冲除尘器设计方案,并运用数值模拟法、响应曲面法、有限元分析等方法进行褶式滤筒除尘器运行过程分析,将其与传统圆柱形滤筒的工艺参数进行比较,最终确认该除尘器改进方案具有较强合理性,能够有效提升系统除尘效率、降低排放粉尘浓度。In order to solve the problem of dust gas concentration of iron ore crushing processing, introduce a new type of folding filter filter design, and using numerical simulation method, response surface method, finite element analysis, the folding filter filter operation process parameters, compared with the traditional cylindrical filter filter is reasonable, can improve the dust efficiency and reduce the dust concentration.
