摘　　要：监控量测在隧道施工管理过程中极其重要,是隧道施工的主要技术管控措施,监测结果主要用于验证设计参数、施工方案是否满足设计及规范要求。通过运用收敛仪配合全站仪的方法来实时监测软岩隧道的净空收敛及拱顶沉降。通过分析并总结软岩隧道的净空收敛及拱顶沉降数据来反应现场围岩稳定性情况,来指导现场施工,保障隧道顺利贯通。Monitoring and measurement is extremely important in the process of tunnel construction management.It is the main technical control measure of tunnel construction.The monitoring results are mainly used to verify whether the design parameters and construction scheme meet the design and specification requirements.The clearance convergence and vault settlement of soft rock tunnel are monitored in real time by using convergence instrument and total station.By analyzing and summarizing the clearance convergence and vault settlement data of soft rock tunnel,we can reflect the stability of surrounding rock on site,guide the on-site construction and ensure the smooth connection of the tunnel.
