摘 要:为了提升家用冷冻除湿机节能性,通过对冷冻除湿机的结构进行深入研究分析,设计了两种新型的带气液分离结构和两种带回热结构的家用冷冻除湿机,研究发现增加蒸发器、冷凝器沿气流方向的尺寸可改善换热器换热,增加气液分离器个数、优化气液分离器进口结构可缩小冷冻除湿机尺寸,通过增设三通气流通道从冷冻除湿机外引入空气可改善因回热造成的冷凝器换热恶化。In order to improve the energy-saving performance of household refrigerated dehumidifiers,through indepth research and analysis of the structure of refrigerated dehumidifiers,two new types of household refrigerated dehumidifiers with gas-liquid separation structure and two with heat recovery structure are designed.The research found that increasing the size of the evaporator and the condenser along the airflow direction can improve the heat exchange of the heat exchanger,and increasing the number of gas-liquid separators and optimizing the inlet structure of the gas-liquid separator can reduce the size of the refrigeration dehumidifier.The research also found that the introduction of air from the outside of the refrigerating dehumidifier by adding a three-pass airflow channel can improve the deterioration of the condenser heat exchange caused by heat recovery.
