复方中草药对和田黑鸡生长性能、免疫性能及抗体水平的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究复方中草药对和田黑鸡生长性能、免疫性能及抗体水平的影响。选取350只35日龄和田黑鸡,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复14只鸡。试验Ⅰ组和田黑鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组和田黑鸡饲喂基础日粮+0.1%金霉素,试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.5%、1.0%的复方中草药。试验期77 d。结果显示:试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组鸡的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数显著高于试验I组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组鸡的血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),IgA含量极显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01);试验Ⅴ组鸡的IgG含量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组鸡的IgM含量极显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组鸡的新城疫ND抗体滴度显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组的鸡传染性支气管炎IB抗体滴度显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在基础日粮中添加复方中草药可提高和田黑鸡血清白IgA、IgM、IgG含量,提高胸腺指数、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数,提升新城疫ND抗体滴度、鸡传染性支气管炎IB抗体滴度,以添加0.5%复方中草药效果最适宜。The experiment was to investigate the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,immune performance and antibody level of Hetian black chickens. A total of 350 35-day-old Hetian black chickens were randomly divided into five groups with five replicates in each group and 14 chickens in each replicate. The chickens in group Ⅰ were fed with a basal diet, the chickens in group Ⅱ were fed with a basal diet adding 0.1% aureomycin, chickens in group Ⅲ, group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.1%, 0.5% and 1.0% compound Chinese herbal medicine, respectively. The test period was 77 d. The results showed that thymus index, spleen index and bursa of fabricius index of chickens in group Ⅲ, group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The content of IgA, IgG and IgM in serum of chickens in group Ⅲ, group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ were extremely higher than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.01), and the content of IgA was extremely higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.01). The content of IgG in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05), and the content of IgM in group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ was extremely higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.01). The titer of ND antibody of NDV of chickens in group Ⅲ,group Ⅳ and group Ⅴwas extremely higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.01). The titer of IB antibody of chickens in group Ⅲ,group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding compound Chinese herbal medicine in diet of Hetian black chickens can increase the content of serum Ig A,Ig M and Ig G, increase thymus index, spleen index and bursa index, and increase Nd antibody titer of Newcastle disease and IB antibody titer of chicken infectious bronchitis. The effect of adding 0.5% compound Chinese herbal medicine is the most suitable.
