摘 要:马铃薯生产淀粉过程中可产生马铃薯蛋白废水,该废水排放量较大,富含蛋白质、糖类等有机物。多数淀粉生产企业直排该废水至污水处理厂,不仅增加企业经济负担,而且浪费资源。因此,马铃薯蛋白废水资源化利用对保护环境、节约资源和增加企业经济效益具有实际意义。文章综述马铃薯蛋白废水资源回收利用现状及在动物生产中的应用,以期为马铃薯蛋白废水未来研究方向提供参考。Potato protein wastewater is produced by potato starch production. The wastewater has a large discharge, and is rich in organic matter such as protein and sugar. Most starch production enterprises directly discharge the wastewater to the sewage treatment plant, which not only increases the economic burden of enterprises, but also wastes resources in the wastewater. Therefore, the resource utilization of potato protein wastewater has practical significance to protect the environment, save resources and increase economic benefits of enterprises. The paper reviews the current situation of potato protein wastewater resource recycling and its application in animal production, in order to provide a reference for future research directions of potato protein wastewater.
