摘  要:试验分析青贮玉米不同处理方式对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及抗氧化能力影响。选取体重(22.0±2.2) kg、健康的肉羊90只,随机分为3组,每组30个重复,每个重复1只肉羊。1组肉羊饲喂基础精料+普通黄贮玉米;2组肉羊饲喂基础精料+常规青贮玉米;3组肉羊饲喂基础精料+全株玉米青贮。预试期10 d,试验期60 d。结果显示:2组、3组肉羊的平均日采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);3组肉羊平均日增重显著高于1组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于1组(P<0.05)。2组、3组肉羊胴体重、屠宰率、宰前活重均高于1组(P>0.05);3组肉羊的眼肌面积显著高于1组(P<0.05)。2组、3组羊肉的粗脂肪、粗灰分、失水率、剪切力、pH值均高于1组(P>0.05);3组羊肉的粗蛋白质、瘦肉率、大理石花纹均显著高于1组(P<0.05)。2组、3组肉羊血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均高于1组(P>0.05);3组肉羊血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于1组(P<0.05)。研究表明,与普通黄贮玉米、常规青贮玉米相比,全株玉米青贮可以提高肉羊的生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及抗氧化能力。The experiment was to analyze the effect of different treatment methods of silage corn on growth performance,slaughter performance, meat quality and antioxidant capacity of mutton sheep. A total of 90 healthy mutton sheep with body weight of(22.0±2.2) kg were randomly divided into three groups, with 30 replicates in each group and one mutton sheep in each replicate. The mutton sheep in group 1 were fed with basal concentrate + ordinary yellow silage corn, the mutton sheep in group 2 were fed with basal concentrate + conventional silage corn, and the mutton sheep in group 3 were fed with basal concentrate + whole plant silage corn. The pre-test was 10 d, and the experimental period was 60 d. The results showed that the feed intake of sheep in test group 2 and group 3 was higher than that in group 1(P>0.05), and the average daily gain of sheep in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05), the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05). The carcass weight, slaughter rate and live weight before slaughter in group 2 and group 3 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05), the eye muscle area in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05). The crude fat, crude ash, water loss rate, shear force and p H value of mutton in test group 2 and group 3 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05), and the crude protein, lean meat rate and dali pattern of mutton in group 3 were significantly higher than those in group 1(P<0.05). The activities of GSH-Px in serum of mutton sheep in group 2 and group 3 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05), and the activity of T-SOD and T-AOC in serum in test group 3 were significantly higher than those in group 1(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that compared with ordinary yellow silage corn and conventional silage corn, the whole plant silage corn can improve the growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and antioxidant capacity of mutton sheep.
