摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮添加不同剂量发酵饲料对蛋鸡的生产性能、消化代谢、蛋品质、血清生化指标以及氮排泄的影响。选取59周龄、健康状况、体重无显著差异的海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复45只鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组蛋鸡饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加40、60 g/kg的发酵饲料。试验期6 w。结果显示:饲喂发酵饲料后,蛋鸡的生产性能和消化代谢均无显著变化(P>0.05),但破畸蛋率呈下降趋势(P=0.064)。与对照组相比,40、60 g/kg发酵饲料组蛋鸡的血清胆固醇水平显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低50.64%和45.11%;鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色等级和鸡蛋干物质、粗蛋白质含量显著提高(P<0.05);60 g/kg发酵饲料组蛋鸡的鲜粪氮绝对排泄量比对照组显著降低36.11%(P<0.01),鸡蛋粗蛋白质含量比对照组提高5.47%。研究表明,在蛋鸡日粮中添加发酵饲料能够改善蛋黄颜色等级,促进鸡蛋营养物质沉积,且具有降氮的潜力,以60 g/kg添加量较为适宜。The experiment was to study the effect of adding different dosages of fermented feed to production performance, digestion and metabolism, egg quality, serum biochemical indexes and nitrogen excretion of laying hens.Hyline brown commercial laying hens with no significant difference in health status and body weight at the age of 59 w were selected and randomly divided into three treatment groups, with six replicates in each group and 45 chickens in each replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed with basal diet, and the laying hens in test group were fed with 40 and 60 g/kg of fermented feed in basal diet. The test period was 6 w. The results showed that there was no significant change in production performance and digestion and metabolism of laying hens after feeding fermented diet(P>0.05), but the teratobreaking rate of eggs was decreased(P=0.064). Compared with control group, the serum cholesterol level in 40 g/kg group and 60 g/kg group of laying hens was significantly decreased 50.64% and 45.11%, respectively(P<0.05). The color grade of egg yolk and dry matter and crude protein content of eggs were significantly increased(P<0.05), the absolute nitrogen excretion of fresh manure of laying hens was significantly reduced(P<0.01). The absolute nitrogen excretion of fresh manure decreased 36.11%, and the crude protein content of eggs increased by 5.47%. The experiment indicates that adding fermented feed to diet of laying hens can improve the color grade of egg yolks, promote the deposition of egg nutrients, which has the potential to promote economic benefits. The addition amount of 60 g/kg is more appropriate.
