摘  要:试验从健康肉鸭的粪便中筛选具有益生功效的候选益生芽孢杆菌,从粪便中初步筛选45株革兰氏阳性、产芽孢的菌株,对45株菌株进行能力测试。结果显示:45株菌株对人工胃液和人工肠液均具有较强的耐受性。5株菌株具有较强产蛋白酶和淀粉酶的能力;对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的生长具有一定的抑制作用,菌株21的抑菌能力最强;菌株14和22对黏蛋白均具有相对较强的黏附能力;细菌分子鉴定结果表明,5株菌株中有3株枯草芽孢杆菌、1株解淀粉芽孢杆菌、1株地衣芽孢杆菌。研究表明,健康肉鸭粪便中,容易筛选出具有益生功效的候选益生芽孢杆菌。In the study, candidate probiotics Bacillus with probiotic effect were screened from feces of healthy meat ducks. 45 gram-positive and spore producing strains were screened from feces, testing the ability of these 45 strains. The results showed that 45 strains had strong tolerance to artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice. Five strains had strong ability to produce protease and amylase, and these five strains inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli and Salmonella and strain 21 had the strongest antibacterial ability. Five strains had different adhesion to mucin, of which strains 14 and 22 had relatively high adhesion. The results of molecular identification showed that three of five strains were Bacillus subtilis, one was Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and one was Bacillus licheniformis. The experiment indicates that it is easy to screen the candidate probiotic Bacillus with prebiotic effect in the feces of healthy meat ducks.
