摘  要:试验旨在研究饲料添加剂溶菌酶二聚体的影响因素及加速试验中的稳定性,通过长期试验确定产品有效期。抽取3批溶菌酶二聚体样品,采用影响因素试验(高温试验、高湿试验和光照试验)、加速试验和长期试验,以溶菌酶二聚体水分、二聚体含量、酶活力为考察指标,按规定方法取样检测。结果显示:溶菌酶二聚体在影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验中均比较稳定。通过有效期预测分析,初步确定产品有效期为12个月。研究表明,溶菌酶二聚体比较稳定,产品可采用复合纸袋包装,贮存于干燥、通风处。The experiment was to study the stability of feed additive lysozyme dimer in influencing factors and accelerated test, determined the validity period of the product through long-term test. Three batches of lysozyme dimer samples were taken for influencing factor test(high temperature test, high humidity test and light test), accelerated test and long-term test, the moisture, dimer content and enzyme activity of lysozyme dimer were detected as inspection indicators.The results showed that the lysozyme dimer was relatively stable in the influence factor test, accelerated test and long-term test. The validity period of the product was preliminarily determined to be 12 months after the validity period prediction analysis. The experiment indicates that lysozyme dimer is relatively stable. The product can be packed in compound paper bags and stored in dry and ventilated places.
