中草药饲料添加剂对皖南草鸡生长性能、抗病能力和肉品质影响的研究

摘　　要：试验旨在探讨中草药添加剂对皖南草鸡生长性能、抗病力和肉品质的影响。选取800只健康的皖南草鸡,随机分为4个组,每组10个重复,每个重复20只。对照组草鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验1~3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的中草药添加剂。试验期8 w。结果显示,试验2组和3组草鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组和3组草鸡的料重比均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组草鸡的发病率、克粪便卵囊数(OPG)均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验2组和3组草鸡的病死率均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组草鸡的腹泻率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验2组和3组草鸡的全净膛率和腿肌率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组草鸡胸肌滴水损失率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组和3组草鸡胸肌剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组草鸡的胸肌胆固醇含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在皖南草鸡日粮中添加适量的中草药添加剂可有效改善其生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质,降低发病率;最适添加量为1.0%。The experiment was to explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance and disease resistance and meat quality of Wannan grass chickens.800 healthy Wannan grass chickens were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with ten replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The grass chickens in control group were fed with basal diets,and 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%of Chinese herbal medicine additives were added to the basal diets in experimental group 1~3,sequentially.The test period was 8 w.The results showed that the average daily gain of chickens in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The morbidity and number of OPG in experimental group were extremely lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The mortality of chickens in group 2 and group 3 was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The diarrhea rate in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Evisceration rate and leg muscle rate of chickens in experimental group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The drip loss rate of breast muscle in experimental group 2 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The shear force of breast muscle in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The cholesterol content of breast muscle in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding appropriate amount of Chinese herbal medicine additives to the diet of Wannan grass chickens can effectively improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality,and reduce the incidence of disease.The optimal addition amount of Chinese herbal medicine additive is 1.0%.
