摘 要:试验旨在研究盐胁迫对不同耐盐程度高丹草生理特性的影响及其耐盐机制。试验设置轻度(100 mmol/L)、中度(200 mmol/L)及重度(300 mmol/L)NaCl胁迫处理,测定不同程度盐胁迫下高丹草幼苗叶片膜质过氧化、抗氧化酶系统以及渗透调节物质。结果显示:在盐胁迫下,耐盐型品种比盐敏型品种叶片膜质过氧化程度低。随着盐浓度的增加,耐盐型品种ZJZ8号和ZJZ10号丙二醛(MDA)含量增幅相对较小,盐敏型材料ZJZ21号和ZJZ4号MDA含量增幅相对较大。耐盐型品种通过启动保护酶防御系统并积累渗透调节物质脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖(SS),减缓细胞受损的能力强于盐敏型品种。不同高丹草品种间相比,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性越大,Pro含量越高,耐盐性越强。研究表明,高丹草耐盐型、盐敏型对盐胁迫的生理响应存在明显差异,可以通过SOD、POD活性与MDA、Pro含量判断高丹草的耐盐性。The experiment was to study the effect of salt stress on physiological characteristics and the salt tolerance mechanism of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids with different salt tolerance.The experiment was set up under mild(100 mmol/L),moderate(200 mmol/L)and severe(300 mmol/L)NaCl stress to determine the membrane peroxidation,antioxidant enzyme system and osmotic regulatory substances in the leaves of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids under different degrees of salt stress.The results showed that under salt stress,the membrane peroxidation degree of salt tolerant cultivars was lower than that of salt sensitive cultivars.Salt-tolerant varieties ZJZ 8 and ZJZ 10 showed lower increase of malondialdehyde(MDA)content as compared to salt-sensitive ZJZ 21 and ZJZ 4 with increasing salt concentration.Salttolerant varieties had stronger expression of cellular defense responses against the action of reactive oxygen species by defense enzyme system,and they had more osmoregulation substances proline(Pro)and soluble sugar(SS)to alleviate the damage than salt-sensitive varieties.Varieties with high activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)had more Pro and stronger salt tolerance.The experiment indicates that there are differences in physiological response to salt stress between salt-tolerant varieties and salt-sensitive varieties.The activities of SOD,POD and Pro content can be used to judge the salt-tolerant of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids.
