摘 要:基于共混复合法,以聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)/聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT/PSS)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、环氧树脂和聚氨酯为原料制备出聚噻吩防腐复合材料,利用傅里叶红外光谱、热重曲线、应力应变和电化学工作站等多种测试方法对样品材料的结构与性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,PEDOT/PSS加入会降低涂层力学性能,拉伸强度从41.73 MPa降低至23.86 MPa,断裂伸长率从4.16%提高至6.22%,而PEG加入则可以缓解拉伸强度降低的幅度,最终达到41.36 MPa。同时防腐能力也可以有效提高,在质量分数为0.7%时,开路电位值为-445 mV,加入PEG后,开路电位值则可以提高至-368 mV,说明PEG改性后涂层材料的自腐蚀电位获得提高,涂层电阻也得到提升,进一步提高涂层材料的抗腐蚀能力。Based on the blending method,a polythiophene anti-corrosion composite material was prepared using poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT)/polystyrene sulfonate(PSS),polyethylene glycol(PEG),epoxy resin and polyurethane.The structure and properties of the sample materials were analyzed by various test methods,such as,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric curves,stress-strain and electrochemical workstation.The research results show that the addition of PEDOT/PSS could reduce the mechanical properties of the coating,the tensile strength decreases from 41.73 to 23.86 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 4.16%to 6.22%,while the addition of PEG can alleviate the tensile strength.The tensile strength decreases and finally reaches 41.36 MPa.At the same time,the anti-corrosion ability can also be effectively improved.When the mass fraction is 0.7%,the open circuit potential value is-445 mV.After adding PEG,the open circuit potential value can be increased to-368 mV,indicating the increasing of self-corrosion potential of the coating material after PEG modification.The resistance of the coating is also improved,and the corrosion resistance of the coating material is further improved.
