摘  要:将无规共聚聚丙烯与不同的弹性体体系熔融共混后,采用流延法制备了聚丙烯流延薄膜(CPP)。研究了不同的聚烯烃弹性体体系对于无规共聚聚丙烯流延膜结构和性能的影响。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了薄膜的熔融-结晶性能,采用偏光显微镜(PLM)观察了薄膜的结晶形态特点。发现添加不同的弹性体体系均有利于提高聚丙烯的结晶温度,但是会导致薄膜结晶度的下降,降低结晶结构的完善程度。乙烯基弹性体(POE)更有利于降低CPP薄膜的起封温度,POE和丙烯基弹性体(PBE)在提高CPP薄膜的抗冲性能和光学性能方面具有协同效应。Polypropylene films were prepared by casting from blends of polypropylene random copolymer and different kinds of elastomers.The effects of elastomers on the structure and properties of polypropylene casting films(CPP)were studied.The melting and crystallization behavior of the films were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the crystallization morphology of the CPP films were observed by polarizing microscope(PLM).The results show that all the elastomers could enhance the crystallization temperature(T_(c))of polypropylene,however it could reduce the crystallinity and perfection of crystallization.Polyolefin elastomer(POE)is more effective to reduce the initial sealing temperature of CPP film.POE and propylene-based elastomer(PBE)have synergistic effects on improving the impact resistance and optical properties of CPP films.
