摘 要:以稻壳粉/聚丙烯(PP)发泡材料为研究对象,采用化学注塑发泡工艺制备植物纤维/PP微孔发泡复合材料。研究了天然稻壳粉含量对复合材料发泡行为、流变行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明,少量的稻壳粉的加入有利于泡孔的细化和均匀分布,但含量过高时,稻壳粉受热产生的气体与发泡剂产生的气孔,产生并孔/破孔现象,不利于形成均匀致密的泡孔结构,当稻壳粉含量在5份时复合材料的发泡倍率最高,密度最低;随着稻壳粉含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击韧性下降,弯曲强度及模量有所增加,经过化学发泡后,复合材料仍具有高力学性能保持率,当稻壳粉含量为5份时,复合材料的综合力学性能较优。Rice husk powder/polypropylene(PP)composites were used as the research object,and the plant fiber/PP microcellular foam composite was prepared by chemical injection molding process.The effects of natural rice husk powder contents on foaming behavior,rheological properties and mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results show that the addition of a small amount of rice husk powder is conducive to the refinement and uniform distribution of cells,but when the content is too high,the gas generated by the heating of the rice husk powder and the pores generated by the foaming agent could cause the phenomenon of parallel pores/broken pores.When the content of rice husk powder is 5,the form ratio of the composite is the highest and the density is the lowest.With the increase of rice husk powder contents,the tensile strength and impact toughness of the composite decrease,while the bending strength and modulus increase.After chemical foaming,the composite still has high mechanical property retention.When the amount of rice husk powder is 5,the comprehensive mechanical properties are optimal.
