摘　　要：ISO 294-1:2017《热塑性塑料材料的注塑试样制备第1部分:一般原理及多用途试样和长条试样的制备》是塑料材料注塑制样的基础标准,依据其修订的国家标准GB/T 17037.1—2019已于2019年发布。文章对标准的技术修改内容和增加的注射机操作参数的设定方法进行了简要介绍,以遵循标准的技术要求为基础,以聚丙烯注塑试样制备为例,介绍了注塑机选型的要点。根据现有注塑机技术水平推荐采用液压式全闭环控制的注塑机,并具备测量喷嘴口附近熔体温度的温度测量功能。ISO 294-1:2017 Plastics—Injection moulding of test specimens of thermoplastic materials—Part 1:General principles,and moulding of multipurpose and bar test specimens was the basic standard for injection molding specimens preparation of plastic materials.GB/T 17037.1—2019 had been revised according to this standard and published in 2019.The technical modification of the standard and the setting method of the operation parameters of the injection molding machine were introduced.Based on the technical requirements of the standard,taking the preparation of polypropylene injection molding specimens as an example,the main points of the selection of injection molding machine were introduced.According to the technical level of the existing injection molding machine,the hydraulic injection molding machine with full closed-loop control was recommended,and it had the function of measuring the melt temperature near the nozzle.
