摘 要:为了研究超短微丝钢纤维增强混凝土的抗冲击性能,采用改进的落锤冲击试验装置,对24块直径150 mm,厚度63 mm的圆饼形试块进行了冲击试验,对比分析了超短微丝钢纤维混凝土的冲击破坏形态、钢纤维体积掺量对超短微丝钢纤维混凝土冲击性能的影响和增强机理。同时,基于Weibull分布理论对纤维掺量的超短微丝钢纤维混凝土初裂和终裂冲击次数进行了拟合分析和寿命估计。结果表明:超短微丝钢纤维掺量从0.8%增加到1.2%能提高纤维混凝土抗冲击性能;两参数Weibull分布能较好的描述超短微丝钢纤维混凝土抗冲击次数的分布规律;在不同的失效概率下,超短微丝钢纤维混凝土的冲击寿命估计值与试验所得结果的增长趋势性基本保持一致。In order to investigate the impact resistance of ultra-short microwire steel fiber reinforced concrete,a modified drop weight impact test device was used to test the impacttest of 24 round cakes with a diameter of 150 mm and a thickness of 63 mm.The impact damage morphology of ultra-short microwire steel fiber reinforced concrete and the influence of steel fiber volumetric content on the impact performance and reinforcement mechanism have been compared and analyzed.At the same time,based on the Weibull distribution theory,the fitting analysis and life estimation of theultra-short microwire steel fiber reinforced concrete initial crack and final crack impact times of the fiber content were carried out.The results show that increasing the content of ultra-short microwire steel fiber from 0.8% to 1.2% can improve the impact resistance of fiber concrete.The two-parameter Weibull distribution canbetter describe the distribution of the impact resistance of ultra-short microwire steel fiber reinforced concrete.Under different failure probabilities,the estimated impact life of ultra-short microwire steel fiber reinforced concrete is basically consistent with the growth trend of the test results.
