摘 要:太阳辐射作用下,混凝土薄壁桥塔内外表面易产生较大的温度应力,从而导致结构内外表面出现裂缝。以某悬索桥混凝土薄壁桥塔截面为研究对象,基于现场实测温度数据,利用ABAQUS软件计算分析了不同保温隔热措施下混凝土薄壁桥塔的温度场、应力场随时间变化规律,计算结果表明,施加保温板和涂层能显著降低塔壁内外表面日照温差,减小塔壁温差应力;采用保温隔热板时,板厚小于35 mm时,隔热效果显著,厚度大于35 mm时,隔热效果不明显;采用白色或浅色的保温涂层降低塔壁内外表面日照温差的效果优于其他颜色的涂层。Sunshine thermal stress is one of the crucial causes for vertical cracks in concrete hollow thin-walled pylon walls.The cross-section of a concrete thin-walled bridge tower of a suspension bridge is selected.Based on the temperature data measured in the field,the temperature and stress fields of the concrete thin-walled pylon under different thermal insulation measures are calculated and analyzed using ABAQUS software.The result shows that the application of insulation board and coating can significantly reduce the sunlight temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the pylon and reduce the stress.The insulation effect is significant when the thickness is less than 35 mm,however,the insulation effect is not obvious when the thickness is greater than 35 mm.The effect of using white or light-colored coatings to reduce the temperature is better than other color coatings.
