摘 要:磷石膏是有缓凝作用的工业固废,当其作为掺合料掺入泡沫轻质土中时会延长泡沫轻质土的凝结时间,造成泡沫轻质土早期塌模,影响泡沫轻质土的最终成型效果。为解决该问题,以水泥∶磷石膏∶矿粉=20∶15∶65为基准配合比,外掺不同的碱激发剂(氢氧化钠、水玻璃、碳酸钠、硫酸钠)激发矿粉的活性,研究激发剂种类对泡沫轻质土成型效果的影响。试验结果表明,掺水玻璃的泡沫轻质土成型效果最好。改变水玻璃的模数与掺量,研究水玻璃的模数与掺量对磷石膏泡沫轻质土力学性能和工作性能的影响,优选出最佳的水玻璃模数为1.2,最佳掺量为2.5%。Phosphogypsum is an industrial solid waste with retarding effect.When it is mixed with foamed lightweight soil,it will prolong the setting time of foamed lightweight soil,resulting in early collapse of foam lightweight soil and the final shaping effect of lightweight foamed soil.In order to solve this problem,the effect of different kinds of alkali activator(sodium hydroxide,sodium silicate,sodium carbonate and sodium sulphate)on the activity of mineral powder was studied by mixing cement∶phosphogypsum∶mineral powder=20∶15∶65 as the reference ratio.The experimental results show that the foamed lightweight soil with water glass has the best molding effect.The effect of modulus and amount of sodium silicate on mechanical properties and working performance of phosphogypsum foamed lightweight soil was studied.The best modulus of water glass was 1.2 and the best mixing amount was 2.5%.
