摘  要:煤制气渣是一种利用率较低的固体废弃物,为拓展煤制气渣使用途径,实现资源化利用,以新疆新天煤化工生产的煤制气渣为研究对象,通过化学元素分析法研究了煤制气渣元素分布、烧失量等特性,并基于煤制气渣的物化性质研究煤制气渣陶粒的烧制方法。结果表明煤制气渣、黏土和铁粉的质量比为90∶8∶2,烧制温度1 210℃,烧制时间10 min的条件下烧制的气渣陶粒液相析出和发泡量适中,所形成的中空分布也较为均衡;其堆积密度、吸水率和筒压强度均符合GB/T 17431.1—2010《轻集料及其试验方法》的要求。Coal-to-gas slag is a solid waste with low utilization.In order to expand the use of coal-to-gas slag and realize resource utilization,it takes the coal-to-gas slag produced by Xinjiang Xintian Coal Chemical Industry as the research object,and uses chemical elements Analytical method has studied the characteristics of coal-gas slag element distribution,loss on ignition and other characteristics,and the burning method of coal-gas slag ceramsite is studied through the physical and chemical properties of coal-gas slag.The results show that the mass ratio of coal gas slag,clay and iron powder is 90∶8∶2,the firing temperature is 1 210 ℃,and the firing time is 10 min.The gas slag ceramsite has a moderate amount of liquid phase precipitation and foaming.,The formed hollow distribution is also more balanced.Its bulk density,water absorption and cylinder compressive strength all meet the requirements of GB/T 17431.1—2010“Lightweight Aggregate and Its Test Method”.
