盐酸特比萘芬片结合布替萘芬乳膏外用在皮肤癣菌病患者中的临床效果及安全性的分析

摘　　要：目的探析盐酸特比萘芬片结合布替萘芬乳膏外用在皮肤癣菌病患者中的临床效果及对安全性的影响。方法选择濮阳市油田总医院2018年11月至2019年11月收治的共计124例皮肤癣菌病患者作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(62例)与对照组(62例),对照组给予布替萘芬乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用盐酸特比萘片治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、各症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果观察组临床治疗有效率(93.55%)高于对照组(80.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组瘙痒、水泡或丘疹、红斑、角化消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率(12.90%)低于对照组(3.23%),差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予皮肤癣菌病患者盐酸特比萘芬片协同布替萘芬乳膏治疗,可优化临床治疗效果,促进患者各症状较快消失,且不会引发较多不良反应,复发率较低。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of terbinafine hydrochloride tablets combined with butenafine cream in patients with dermatophytosis.Methods A total of 124 patients with dermatophytosis from November 2018 to November 2019 in Puyang Oilfield General Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(62 cases)and the control group(62 cases)according to random touch ball method.The control group was treated with Butenafine cream,and the observation group was additionally treated with terbinafine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,the disappearance time of each symptom,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical response rate in the observation group was 93.55%,higher than 80.65%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of itching,blisters or papules,erythema and keratinization in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of 12.90%in the observation group was lower than 3.23%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Terbinafine hydrochloride tablets and Butenafine cream in the treatment of patients with dermatophytosis can optimize the clinical treatment effect,promote the rapid disappearance of the symptoms of the patients,without causing many adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate is low.
