电针配合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择82例河南省洛阳正骨医院在2019年11月至2020年12月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间将其分成对照组(2019年11月至2020年5月入院)与观察组(2020年6月至2020年12月入院),每组41例。对照组采用腰椎牵引治疗,观察组采用电针配合腰椎牵引治疗,对比两组治疗前、治疗后1个月的Oswestry功能障碍指数量表(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、FairbankJC腰痛病情计分法评分。结果治疗后1个月,观察组的ODI、VAS、FairbankJC评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电针配合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可以改善腰椎功能,减轻疼痛并减少临床症状对其日常生活的不利影响。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 82 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital in Henan Province from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the admission time,they were divided into control group(admitted from November 2019 to May 2020)and observation group(admitted from June 2020 to December 2020),with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar traction,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with lumbar traction.Oswestry disability index scale(ODI),visual analogue scale of pain(VAS)score and FairbankJC score of low back pain were compared between the two groups before and one month after treatment.Results One month after treatment,the ODI,VAS and FairbankJC scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve lumbar spine function,relieve pain and reduce the adverse effects of clinical symptoms on their daily life.
