细节护理对提高急诊儿科护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊儿科护理中细节护理提高护理满意度的作用。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2021年2月河南省儿童医院急诊儿科患儿100例,依据护理方法分为细节护理组、常规护理组两组,各50例,统计分析两组护理风险事件发生情况、护理差错事件、护患纠纷发生情况、异常征兆及时处理情况、治疗依从性、护理配合度、护理质量、急诊等待时间、护理满意度。结果细节护理组患儿的护理风险事件、护理差错事件、护患纠纷发生率低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),异常征兆及时处理率高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节护理组患儿的规律生活、科学治疗评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.05);细节护理组患儿的护理配合度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节护理组患儿的病房管理、护理操作、服务态度、心理疏导评分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节护理组患儿的就诊等待时间、输液等待时间、采血等待时间短于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节护理组患儿的护理满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊儿科护理中细节护理较常规护理更能有效提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the role of detail nursing in emergency pediatric nursing to improve nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 children in emergency department of Henan Children’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:detail nursing group and routine nursing group,with 50 cases in each group.The occurrence of nursing risk events,nursing error events,nurse patient dispute correction,timely treatment of abnormal symptoms,treatment compliance,nursing coordination,nursing quality,emergency waiting time and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events,nursing errors and nurse patient disputes in the detail nursing group were lower than thosse in the routine nursing group(P<0.05),The timely treatment rate of abnormal symptoms was higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05);The scores of regular life and scientific treatment in the detail nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05);The nursing cooperation degree of children in detail nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05);The scores of ward management,nursing operation,service attitude and psychological counseling in the detail nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05);The waiting time for treatment,transfusion and blood collection in the detail nursing group was shorter than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of children in detail nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detail nursing in emergency pediatric nursing is more effective than the routine nursing in improving nursing satisfaction.
